Finally been handed the reins to do Thanksgiving dinner mostly by myself this year. I planned on brining the turkey and roasting in the oven or the countertop roaster oven that my family's always used. Unfortunately, the turkey's always been a little too dry for my taste. My family doesn't like to change.
Would you recommend using the regular oven or the countertop roaster? What's your recommended temperature and time for a 15lb fresh all-natural turkey?
