Hot Wing Sauce Recipe (Request)

Hey everyone at r/recipes.

I'm in need of and dying for a great hot wing sauce recipe, 100% from scratch.

Level of difficulty: Without adding hotsauce to begin with.

Too many recipes call for adding Franks Red Hot Sauce, Tobasco, etc... which is essentially just adding more wing sauce to your sauce, mostly 1 or 2 cups of it, and then calling it your "homemade" sauce while roughly half of the content is store-bought. Makes no sense in my book.

So, now that I'm finished ranting about that... if you guys can get around that nonsense and supply me somethin' nice to make, I'd totally appreciate it. Where I'm living at the moment, we don't get hot wings or boneless wings, let alone wing sauce. =/
