Ingredients (For 2 Persons) ・5 Ounce of Tuna (2 can of Tuna) ・A bunch of Shimeji Mushroom ・1/4 Napa Cabbage ・2 Tablespoon of Cooking Sake ・A little bit of Black Pepper ・*1/4 cup of water ・2 Tablespoon of Miso ・2 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
Recipe 1. Cut the Napa Cabbage & Shimeji Mushroom 2. Put these vegetables & Tuna on a pan 3. Pour the *ingredients 4. Cook for 10 min at low heat. 5. Dissolve Miso in it and cook it until boiled. 6. Add Soy Sauce and a little bit of Black Pepper
