A few weeks ago I received a tray of Octopus Salad as a white elephant gift. Not a person to let good food go to waste, I decided to freeze it instead, with hopes of using it for stir fry.
My question is, since I have all of the ingredients needed for it, how to I actually go about preparing the tiny octopodes I got for use in stir fry? I know they should technically be okay to eat on their own (they are in some kind of sauce), but I can't say I'm super okay with eating whole tiny animals on their own, and I don't quite know how to slice them up for frying. Should I just leave them alone? Can anyone help?
