Snack Baskets Recipe.

Recipe and Ingredients for the Snack Baskets.

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 5 mushrooms for the filling and 3 for decoration
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • 3 rounds of salami
  • 2 medium pickles
  • snack/dessert cups
  • seasoning - up to your taste and dill to decorate. No salt been used by me, but you might want some :)

Result - 20-25 snack baskets with this amount of products.

  • chop 5 mushrooms and onion. fry them with a little bit of oil for 15 minutes.
  • Shred boiled potatoes, cut pickles and salami.
  • When mushrooms are ready, add them to the ingredients we just were working with and add your favorite seasoning.
  • Fill the cups with the "salad" we just got.
  • Slice the rest of the mushrooms and fry them for 10-15 minutes without any oil. Need to get rid of water.
  • When mushrooms are ready. We can start to decorate our baskets wit mushrooms and chopped dill. Enjoy! :))) Very yummy and presentational snack for your guests or family. Easy to pack into the lunch box and have a bite any time you feel hungry.
