INGREDIENTS

650 ml Tangerine Juice

300 ml Cava (Brut) Champagne or Prosecco

20 gr Gelatine leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Juice the tangerines.

Put the gelatine leaves to soften in a bowl of water for a few minutes.

In a pan, heat 100 ml of tangerine juice.
-
When the juice is simmering, remove from the heat, squeeze out any excess water from the gelatine and add it. Stir until there are no visible lumps.

Add the remaining juice and cava.

Serve and cool overnight in the fridge.
