One of the perks of being a food photographer is when a steakhouse sends you home with 30 ounces of grilled rib eye and filet mignon! I reused the leftovers to make Steak Bowls with Soy Braised Mushrooms, Seasoned Radishes, and Spicy Pickled Cucumbers. Recipe in the comments! [OC]
