With pancake day fast approaching I thought I'd make this request. I've been looking for a recipe that produces the lovely, fluffy, "cakey" type pancakes that you get in an American diner.
My old fallback for years has been this: http://ift.tt/2lv3YB1 but the results of this recipe produces something closer to a thick griddle-cake/crepe. Does anyone, perhaps someone who has worked in a diner, have a recipe that I could use, pretty please?
