Hello! I’ve been looking (without luck) for authentic Chinese recipes that don’t use the “American-Chinese” type sweet sauce that one would see in Orange Chicken. I’ve found only one recipe for steamed fish, but everything else is batteries, fried, and coated in a sugary sauce. Does anyone here have a few recipes/recommendations on where I can find them? Thank you!
