So school starts tomorrow and every year on this "hallowed" eve I become a short order cook and make whatever is requested. Luckily this year everyone wants the same thing! Ceasar salad, mud/dirt pie, and chicken Alfredo. I have a recipe for Alfredo I make on my husbands birthday (I try to limit Alfredo to restaraunts and special ocassions because although yummy totally not something me or my kids need on the regular lol). I have never done a chicken Alfredo before... I was thinking of sauteing the chicken in brown butter with white pepper? I'm cooking bone in skin on breasts and then will debone/skin after cooking? Anyone have a good recipe for a robust flavored chicken to use in Alfredo sauce?
