My friends are getting married, and for food, asking everyone to bring an item for a potluck. I'm part of the wedding party, so I'll be up early... long story short, the place the wedding is at, there will be be no food for an oven (to give you an idea, we are camping on the grounds), We do have a big portable refrigeration unit, however. So, basically, I need to make some sort of party food (preferably not a salad), like a finger food of some sort. Now, also, this has to sit in a fridge for a day, so I had an idea of something like spring rolls, but I am worried that the veggies would wilt over the day. I have a few other ideas but I am mostly stumped. Anyone have any good suggestions?
