Copycat Sabra Hummus?

Hey all! I'm super in love with Sabra's Supremely Spicy Hummys and I want to try and recreate it at home.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do so? The ingredients list red bell peppers and hot chilli peppers. I'm just wondering how to figure out the proportions of each. Experimenting?

I've never recreated something so any advice is super welcome!
