Berry Drunken Pie (Question) (x-post from r/Baking)

I had this thought of a moonshine soaked three berry pie with a lattice crust. I have blueberries from some blueberry moonshine me, my gf, and my friends drank. I am gonna get some cherry ole smokey with the cherries in it, then get some white lightning and soak some raspberries in that. Layer those in the same jar, put half a jar of white lightning in that, let that soak. Then make a starch mix with agar, tapioca, or something to thicken it up a bit, then make the pie crust. Bake it at like 400 (idk, I am going to ask one or two of my chefs for advice too). I was just wondering if anyone has any advice. Thanks!
