Texan Brisket Passover Recipe

I put together a Passover-friendly BBQ feast a few weeks ago:

Brisket with a 50/50 salt and pepper rub Sweet Potato Pie with margarine (not butter!) and pecans Veggie Kebobs (tomato, potato, capsicum, red onion & zucchini) Homemade Matza Bread (flour, water, salt, olive oil)
