I intend to start making a simpler diet in order to not waste so much food and money. Can you tell me if I will get all the vitamins in the following foods?
- White rice
- White and red potatoes
- Freezed corn
- Pasta
- Tuna
- Sausages
- Eggs
- Lemons
- Limes
- Apples
- Beans (several types)
- Flour
Of all the foods I mentioned, what is the minimum number of them to have a complete and rich diet in terms of vitamins and minerals?
I don't know how to cook and I want to cook fast.
