I need to have ideias of recipes for the following foods

Hello everyone,

I intend to start making a simpler diet in order to not waste so much food and money. Can you tell me if I will get all the vitamins in the following foods?

  • White rice
  • White and red potatoes
  • Freezed corn
  • Pasta
  • Tuna
  • Sausages
  • Eggs
  • Lemons
  • Limes
  • Apples
  • Beans (several types)
  • Flour

Of all the foods I mentioned, what is the minimum number of them to have a complete and rich diet in terms of vitamins and minerals?

I don't know how to cook and I want to cook fast.
