I'm trying to win a burger recipe contest and I'm looking for inspiration.

I don't want to make a regular burger, so I'm looking for some original/creative flavour combinations.

For now I'm thinking about making a Mexican style burger, but any advice, tips or just heavenly flavour recommendations are welcome!
