Pizza dough/pizza dough recipe manipulation

I have been looking for a good pizza dough recipe for quite a while now, so if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

The recipe I use right now is decent, but I had a question regarding the manipulation of it. It calls for dry powdered milk, and of course warm water to go with the yeast. Since dry powdered milk is kind of expensive, could I just use warm milk in place of the water and dry powdered milk?
