[Questions] Looking for an easy Fall Vegetable medley for Friends-Giving. Also, can I make the day before and reheat?

Classic veggies like squash, brussels, potatoes, onion, broccoli. I am thinking cubed and baked with some olive oil and S&P as a basic start. Any recommendations for a glaze or herbs to accompany such a vast medley? And can I make them the day before and then finish cooking or broil before arriving to crisp them up again?
