So I bought a butterball turkey breast roast. I didn't read the label (I know dumb on my part) and it's "Savory Herb". I meant to get a plain one for me and my boyfriends first holiday together so I could do what I want with it. Can I do something like butter under the skin or add some extra spices? I know adding extra salt probably isn't a good idea because it's frozen in a brine.
