We are going to be smoking small turkey breasts & drumsticks for Thanksgiving this year, but need help figuring out some tasty, but easy, seasonings or rubs. We’ll be using Hickory wood chips & it’s a smaller electric smoker. (Borrowing his Dad’s.)
Any ideas??
