I am making raspberry frosting for brownies and topping with chocolate ganache. I've been looking on Pinterest for the frosting but wondered if anyone on here would have a good recipe or ideas. I have raspberries, sugar, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and margarine. I don't have a mesh strainer though. How would I go about making a frosting that isn't chunky and seedy?
