Years ago there was a little Mexican restaurant in Broomfield Colorado that served burritos with a cheesey green chili sauce that was, for me at least, unforgettable. Does anyone have a recipe that might come close to such a sauce? I've tried dozens of times to duplicate it and failed every time.
