Looking for something that tastes good when cold and doesn't require much chewing. Also, vegetarian.

I know it's a weird request, but I'm not too creative when it comes to cooking. I'm getting a tongue piercing soon and I want it to heal well, which means I am not allowed to eat food that's: - spicy - hot - sweet - salty - involves many spices - requires chewing or hard bites. So basically, I'm looking for something that doesn't involve any of the points listed above. Bonus points if it manages to keep me full for most of the day since it'll be better if I don't eat many times a day.
