My doctors are concerned about my blood sugar levels and I'm paranoid because they want to test me for gestational diabetes. I'm tight on money (that's not in the future baby savings). I start working again soon and would like to meal plan so I'm not ordering food at work.
What recipes can I make and have handy in the fridge for microwaving when I go to work, but are also on a budget and safe?
