- Ingredients
- Brownie Cake
- 1 ¼ C Butter (melted)
- 2 ¼ C Sugar
- 1 ¾ C Flour
- 1 C Cocoa
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 6 Eggs
- Coffee Glaze
- ¼ C Coffee (cool)
- 1 ¼ C Powdered Sugar
- Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl combine and mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla
- Add flour, cocoa, and butter and mix
- Add batter to a lightly greased 9 ½ X 13 pan
- Bake for 30 min
- Cool completely before adding coffee glaze
