Hey /r/recipes, so one of my preferred restaurants just closed (Spoon Kitchen in Vancouver, if any of y'all are local). Unfortunately, they were the only restaurant in this city that made this specific dish, and I can't seem to replicate it.
It had a brown color to it, fishy or shrimpy sambal paste was used (not pure spice), contained shallots, chopped up green beans, lean ground beef, egg whites as far as I could tell.
Please help :( I don't even know what kind of sambal to buy...
