Ingredients ・1/2 Pound of Sliced Pork Belly ・1/2 Carrot ・1/2 Pack of Mizuna(potherb mustard) ・1/2 Onion
<Japanese Vinegar Sauce> ・4 Tablespoon of Japanese Vinegar ・3 Tablespoon of Sugar ・3 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce ・3 Tablespoon of Sesame ・1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil ・A little bit of Salt & Pepper
Recipe 1. Make Japanese Vinegar Sauce; mix *ingredients 2. Cut the Mizuna 3. Slice the Carrot 4. Slice the Onion 5. Refresh the sliced vegetables with ice water for10min 6. Drain the vegetables 7. Boil the Pork Belly 8. Pat dry it on paper towels 9. Mix the Pork Belly & Vegetables & Japanese Vinegar Sauce 10. Refrigerate for 30mins in the refrigerator
