Pasta recipes is a conventional Italian food ready with durum wheat flour. though, pasta has its own version of delight in Indian variety. Basically Pasta with different veggies is a regular breakfast at my house. This Pasta Recipe is how my mother makes it. i am not sure whether its a Italian style pasta recipes or Chinese paste recipe. I first used to think that its a Indian style recipe, but in a research proved that it is not. it looks to me as its a indian recipe as garam masala, kasuri methi, chopped capsicum are used in this masala pasta recipe.
For the pasta recipe we need to use pastas or any different style pastas. Which I cooked is easily available in india. if you still have to make this recipe and do not have miserable tubes pasta, you then buy some other different types like pointless pipes, nervous butterflies and make this pasta recipe, even i have nervous butterflies pastas but I make this recipe with miserable tubes pasta as i was too crazzy to stuff the masala over pasta. This is the short cut method for me. Either way, the masala gets coated on to the pasta and the taste is same.
