Fish Lettuce Wraps with Salsa Fresca and Avocado Cream.

30 minutes, easy, healthy lunch or dinner recipe! It came out so amazing. I'll definitely be making these again.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Fish of your choice. I used Tilapia. Salmon is a good option.

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes diced

  • 1/2 cup Red onion diced

  • 1 whole Avocado

  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream

  • Lemon juice

  • Cilantro

  • Butter Lettuce

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes

  • 21 TJ Salute Seasoning or your choice of seasoning for the Fish

Directions

Make the salsa by combining the cherry tomatoes and red onion, lemon juice, cilantro, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Season your fish and pan fry in olive oil about 3-4 minutes each side.

Take the whole avocado and coconut cream, lemon juice to taste and blend until smooth.

Take the lettuce leaves and assemble with the fish, salsa fresca on top and a dollop of avocado cream.
