Vegetarian moving out with meat loving bf - need recipes for wings, ribs etc please help!!!

I'm a vegetarian and I am moving out with my boyfriend next month. I will be cooking him dinner every night and his mum makes him wings, ribs etc that he loves! So I need some really good recipes for MEAT please! Any help is much appreciated. I don't mind handling meat but I will be wearing plastic gloves probably!!!
