Baby red potatoes!

Any recipes for baby reds? I’ve mashed them before but that’s gotten old; I’ve roasted them before too, but find I don’t always like how they crisp on the outside and are sort of dry on the inside. I’ve seen recipes online for boiling them, but I don’t want flavorless skinless potatoes! I just want those yummy softer ones you can get in restaurants.

Suggestions?
