Real Italian recipe | Granny Sunday launch

Complete how-to here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwyKvHouE2s

Time of preparation: 3h

For: 6 Peoples

Ingredients:

- Pasta

- Potatoes

- Onion

- Pancetta/Bacon (2 slices)

- Parsley

- Salt and pepper

- Raisins

- Pine nuts

- Beef tick ribs (the exact pice of meat we used here: ) 3 slices

- Garlic

- Extra virgin olive oil

- Parmesan

- Lemon peel

- Red wine

- Tomato sauce 1900g

- Lard

Recipe:

Start by cutting into small pieces onion and the bacon. Heat a pot on lively fire and start adding both the onion and the bacon with a tablespoon of lard and oil. Now start preparing the meat rolls by taking the cut of beef, beat it to make it thinner, and massage a teaspoon of lard on the meat.

Start pouring on top:

- Garlic sliced

- Parsley

- salt and pepper

- Pine nuts

- Raisins

- Grated parmesan

Now roll the heat inwards not too tight so that it can cook easily.

Add the meat rolls and let cook until you see the meat changing color, ad some red wine, and let it dry. Finally, add the tomato sauce and keep on cooking for around 2 hours. You will see the tomato sauce changing consistency. Always taste before you decide to stop heating. While the Ragu'( what we just did) is clocking let's prepare the potatoes.

Take a big glass tray and enough potatoes to fill it. Cut them in little pieces and make sure they are not overlapping on top of each other too much or they could not cook enough.

Add some rosemary, salt, pepper, oil, and a bit of grated lemon peel.

Now in the oven for about 30min at the temperature of 200 C.

Finally, we can cook the pasta while the potatoes are roasting, as soon as the past is ready, rinse it well and put it back into the empty pot. Add some spoons of the "Ragu'" that should be finished by now and stir to mix them well. Proceed to serve the pasta, as a first course and the rolls and potatoes as a second course.

You made it! This weekend you can now taste a real Italian recipe:
