1 How To Make Fish Cake Soup (1 servings)
Fish Cake Soup Ingredients
- 60g fish cake
- 500ml water
- 40g onion
- 25g carrot
- 7g chili pepper
- 10g green onion
- a piece of dried kelp
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt, pepper, hondashi
Instructions (Fish Cake Soup)
- Boil 500ml of water and put a piece of dried kelp in the pot.
- Prepare fish cake soup ingredients while boiling water.
- Cut the fish cake into bite-size pieces.
- Slice 40g of onion, and cut 25g of carrot into thin sticks.
- Chop 7g of chili pepper.
- Cut 10g of green onion.
- When the water boils, put all the ingredients in the pot.
- Put 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp fish sauce and 1/2 minced garlic in the pot.
- Put 2 pinches of salt, 1 pinch of hondashi and 1 pinch of pepper in the pot.
- Take out the kelp from the pot, and put fish cake soup in the bowl.
2 How To Make Tteokbokki (1 servings)
Ttoekbokki Ingredients
- 200g rice cake
- 60g fish cake
- 40g onion
- 90g cabbage
- 10g green onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions (Ttoekbokki)
- Cut 60g of fish cake into triangle.
- Slice 40g of onion and 90g of cabbage.
- Cut 7g of green onion.
- Cover the pan with oil. Put 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 200g of rice cake into the pan.
- Stir fry them together.
- Put 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper in the pan.
- Pour 200ml of boiling water and put the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Put 1 tbsp red chili power and 2 tbsp red chili paste.
- Lastly, put 1 1/2 tbsp of sesame seed and mix well.
- Put Tteokbokki in the plate and lightly sprinkle sesame seeds.
