Clean your peanuts from the skin.

Place them into the frying pan and fry them on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Mix them all the time so they don't get burnt.

When done with peanuts, cut oranges, bananas and kiwis into small pieces. I think little pieces tastes much better than big ones as tastes of fruits mix much more with each other.

All fruits are cut? Mix them into a big bowl, add peanuts in there and bottle of fruit yogurt or plain yogurt mixed with jam. (it should have some sweet taste) Mix all together.

Divide into portions to be able to control how much of salad you ate. Believe me, once you take one spoon it's difficult to stop.

Decorate it with mandarin round and some bilberries or blueberries.
