[Request] Dishes to be cooked with a Le Creuset casserole. Preferably seasonal :)

Hey there, I've just got a Le Creuset casserole (4.1L). It is my first casserole though I am looking for good and easy casserole dishes with meat, fish or vegetarian - doesn't matter ;) I love to cook seasonal, so there might be someone out there having good ideas for spring casserole dishes as well? That'll be great :) thx
