So I made some stuff meat balls for a party yesterday and I stuff them with a variety of cheeses ... Now I am going to a Thanksgiving day meal and promised i'd bring Mac & Cheese. I have had numerous recipies with multiple cheeses from cottage to cream etc.... leftover from yesterday is Fresh Mozzarella, Smoke Gouda, and some Ghost Pepper Monterrey Jack. If I combined those for the dish would that be any good... is there any recipes out there? I've search and couldn't find that combo.
