I'm a bit of a novice Baker, but I was wondering if there were any recipes for a flat bread that has a hard or cracker like crust and a soft inside.
Even if you don't know if the perfect recipe give me what you have, I'll probably bastardize the recipe anyway, this is going to be my "Halfling bread" for our DnD finale session and I'm really hoping to get the texture right more than anything
