Hey guys, I volunteered to make the rolls and sweet potato casserole for the early Thanksgiving we are having today. I got an idea about the casserole from The Food Lab where you cook the sweet potatoes sous vide for about an hour to convert the starch into sugars. I really don't want to add much sugar, if any, and definitely not that god awful marshmallow topped abomination. Do you guys have any suggestions or recipes?
