There are tiny white and yellow soft strips in this Thanksgiving gravy I bought and I don’t know what they are? There is also little chunks of dark meat, I assume those are gizzards. Has anybody had gravy like this before?

The strips of white are soft and stick together while the yellow bits get smashed up like a potato.. I’ve heard of people taking parts of the turkey to make the gravy but I can’t guess what’s in this gravy. It’s not bad but really chunky for my taste
