Any suggestions on how to add some American comfort food twist to (Korean hot ramen that’s popular on YouTube) Samyang noodles?

I love the taste of Samyang noodles but they’re honestly too much heat for me. The flavor is amazing regardless and I want to see what can I add to the stir fry to give it a a comfort food twist? I’ve been thinking sweet and savory meatballs and melted cheese but I don’t know how to approach it. Any ideas please? I also want to somehow reduce the heat without taking out the flavor.
