Close to 5 years ago, I was at the Meatball Shop in NYC and their summer vegetable was a cold dish that had grilled zucchini in some sort of basil cream sauce. I'm on a mission to recreate it and I'm wondering if anyone has had anything similar? I tried to google it and didn't find anything that was close enough to provide inspiration. I think the "served cold" element of it is giving me hang ups.
