How do you deconstruct a recipe?

I‘ve looked everywhere for a copycat of Stouffer’s Spaghetti & Meat Sauce frozen dinner. I’ve tried dozens of meat sauce recipes but I can’t find anything that tops this. It uses beef and pork, and just enough tomato sauce with just the right amount of tomato chunks.

How should I try and break this dish down to copy it?
