Pabda Catfish in Lemon Curry. Indian Bengali recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2 persons, 2 fish pc each):

  • 450 gm Pabda fish,
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice,
  • 6 tbsp mustard oil,
  • 1/3 tbsp black cumin seeds (Nigella)
  • green chillies (as per taste),
  • A pinch (1/6 tbsp) of asafoetida (hing),
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder,
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt to taste
