I previously bought a bottle of a dutch choclate/ red wine blend, its called Chocovine. The taste is okay but the texture of it is terrible for drinking, kinda thick like 100% maple syrup is. If I don't use it for cooking I will probably end up throwing it out. My only idea was for either a red wine choclate cake or brownies, but I'm still now sure how that will go. If anyone has any ideas/ recipes/ advice please let me know.
