I often have a desire to learn, and experiment, more with Chinese cuisine. When I search for recipes I often see Americanized Chinese food and things like stir fry's etc... While I am not opposed to those types of dishes I would love to try some new things.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for websites with a good catalog of Chinese recipes? Or if anyone has any recipes on hand which they enjoy I'd love to see them as well. I am specifically looking for something meaty that I can use as a main (with sides I usually do something like fried rice/noodles). I've seen several Chinese cookbooks but can't afford to buy one at the moment.
I am planning a Chinese themed meal for this coming weekend and would like to depart from "take-out" style foods and stir frys.
