Fat Tire Sausage Hash

Late autumn mornings demand a hearty breakfast. Fat Tire Amber Ale from New Belgium cooked with some great pork breakfast sausage, onion soup mix, and sriracha creates a spicy, savory sausage hash. This recipe is incredibly easy and fast, so it is great for when your thoughts are not the clearest.

Hardware

  • 1 lbs. pork breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz. New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale
  • 1 cup yellow potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 1 packet Onion Soup mix
  • 1 TBSP Sriracha
  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Brown the sausage
  • Add onion soup mix, Fat Tire Amber Ale, and Sriracha
  • Cook until the mixture is thickened
  • Serve to the bleary-eyed
