Hardware
- 1 lbs. pork breakfast sausage
- 8 oz. New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale
- 1 cup yellow potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 packet Onion Soup mix
- 1 TBSP Sriracha
- salt and black pepper
Directions
- Brown the sausage
- Add onion soup mix, Fat Tire Amber Ale, and Sriracha
- Cook until the mixture is thickened
- Serve to the bleary-eyed
