1 – 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3 tablespoons ground flax seed
4 tablespoons Natera Hemp Seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 large ripe banana, mashed
Olive Oil/Coconut oil
For additional protein you can add a scoop of Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
Preparation
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine Flour, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and the remaining 3 dry ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Combine milk, butter, and eggs, stirring with a whisk; add milk mixture to flour mixture, stirring until blended. Fold in mashed banana.
Preheat pan then coat with olive oil or coconut oil. Pour a scoop of batter on the pan using approximately ¼ cup per pancake. Flip once holes appear and serve when both sites are browned.
