I've long loved cooking but I find myself choosing the safe recipes that I know I'm not gonna end up messing up, such as roast chicken or carbonara. Easy stuff basically. I would love to step up my cooking game and try new things, but I'm having a hard time finding recipes that are cheap to make and don't require a lot of fancy equipment or hard to find ingredients. If any of you could point me in the right direction for cooking blogs, recipes that are simple but good, or recipes that you mastered when you were just starting I would really appreciate it! Cheers
