I'm currently backpacking in South America and try and cook as often as I can but am running out of ideas to keep it interesting. Would love any suggestions for recipes that require minimal ingredients (except vegetables, which are easy to get), minimal fancy kitchen equipment and are relatively healthy. Fast and easy are also a bonus, but i am willing to spend some time cooking :) TIA Current go to dishes are - tuna spaghetti - chicken stir fry (with noodles) - spaghetti bolognese
