My SO has the American Test Kitchen Cookbook. She loves it, and I love eating things she makes. BUT. This thing is massive, and she's constantly running from where she can place it down to our cooking area and back.
With holidays around the corner, I'd like to get her a holder that can handle this kind of book on our counter without the space it normally takes to lay the book flat. Is there a cookbook holder big enough to handle this type of book? I've looked all over and can't find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
